Our lemon guarantees are designed to
protect you against major breakdowns on the critical comfort system
components, including:
Furnace/Air Handler: If the heat
exchange fails on your new furnace up to ten (10) years from the
original date of installation, we will replace the entire furnace
absolutely FREE. Ask your Comfort Consultant for details.
Air Conditioner/Heat Pump: If the compressor fails on
your new air conditioner or heat pump up to two (2) years from the
original date of installation, we will replace the entire outdoor
unit absolutely FREE. Ask your Brody-Pennell Comfort Consultant for details.

Performance Guarantee

If your new comfort system fails to keep you comfortable up to
one (1) years after installation, Brody-Pennell will make unlimited
attempts to resolve the issue. And, if we cannot resolve the issue
with the existing equipment Brody-Pennell will replace the system with
a new system of equal value absolutely free!

Warranty Protection Plans

Extended warranty protection plans improve your over-all comfort
by protecting you from the costly expense of breakdowns in the
years to come. All high efficiency comfort systems installed by
Brody-Pennell automatically include a ten year extended parts and labor
warranty. Standard systems automatically come with a five year
extended parts and labor warranty. Warranties include: parts,
compressor, condenser coil, evaporator coil, heat exchanger and

If you are not satisfied with Brody-Pennell and/or your new comfort
system for any reason within one (1) year of installation, Brody-Pennell
