Brody Heating & Air Conditioning was founded by Ed Brody in 1965 and Pennell Heating & Air Conditioning was founded by Jack Pennell in 1945.  Ed and Jack began their business by walking the local neighborhoods to meet the residents and business owners.

In January 1999 the companies merged together to form Brody-Pennell Heating, Air Conditioning and Electrical Contractors.  With over 65 years experience Brody-Pennell had evolved into one of Southern California's most stable & dependable service companies.
