Our old furnace was about at the end of its life. After discussion with our favorite technician Marco Ayala we decided to have a heat pump installed. A crew arrived this morning headed by Edwin Cabra. He was assisted by Diego B, S. Ramiro, Edgar H, Jonathan A. This team was well trained, worked well together and was finished this afternoon! Great job by all. That's why we have been customers for more than 15 years!!Update: there was a small issue with one of the wires. Ruben Medina found the issue and corrected it. Again Brody Pennell to the rescue! Thank you again!!Further update. Giovanny Quinterro found that the outlet being used had no power. He changed the outlet and we're back to having heat. Yay! Brody provided the semi-annual service today. The technician was Rene Morales. Rene was prompt, professional and knew exactly what to do. Oftentimes, we are told by a vender we need a replacement, a remark which raises our skepticism. But Rene was absolutely correct that our 20-year condenser and coil running on unobtainable R22 was past its prime.Brody's personnel never disappoint. We feel fortunate to have them in our area. Happy to have Rene return in six months or any other technician. You can't go wrong.2nd reviewDuring the maintenance service the technician addressed my question about replacing the coil and condenser. He used a micro camera to look inside the furnace and advised me I still had another 5-years with the furnace. The point being he could have sold me something I didn’t need.Today the team (Diego, Juan, Bryan and Jose) came to do the replacement. They were professional, cordial and cleaned up completely as they departed. The estimate was 6-hours and that is exactly the time taken.This is a great company and certainly my go-to HVAC company.
